A fantastic team effort saw the South Craven Swim Team win the partnership finals on Tuesday 7th March. Two of our pupils were part of the successful team. Harry and Lottie had won their heats to get to this stage. Harry competed in his favourite stroke the back stroke and Lottie swam front crawl. They were both selected to swim as part of the South Craven relay team for the medley and freestyle.
Harry and Lottie both brought back some silverware; Harry with three gold medals and Lottie with one silver and two golds. Both of our school representatives performed fantastically and were a credit to our school.
Well done for winning your individual races and helping to contribute to our team “South Craven” win; we look forward to having the trophy on display in school.
It was a wonderful afternoon and every member of the team swam brilliantly - We could not be prouder!
