We are delighted that Year 4 will be visiting Nell Bank Outdoor Education Centre in Ilkley on Friday 7th June. The ‘Early Peoples’ programme will help them to understand the chronological order of human history in the British Isles. Children will be able to take part in activities illustrating periods of history, often difficult to explain without first-hand experience, through experimental archaeology.
