On the 24th September a group of KS2 pupils from Sutton CP took part in a Cross Country Tournament at South Craven School. Each KS2 year group was represented well and each child’s behaviour was impeccable during the festival, they really showed everyone just how well behaved our pupils are.
The running itself was successful with every child giving everything they had to finish as high as they could which is all we ask for. We had some particularly successful runners who have progressed to the semi-finals. Holly Shirley, Charlie and Jack all finished in the top six meaning they get the chance to again represent theschool at the next level.
Congratulations to everyone who was involved in the competition, hopefully we will have many more successful festivals in the coming year!
