'I just wanted to drop you a very quick email to thank you for arranging the visit from the Zoo Lab people today - I was fortunate enough to be taking home my daughter and 2 friends in the car, and they were all so incredibly excited about everything they'd seen, touched and learnt, it was fabulous!
I was amazed at just how much information they'd retained from the day, it really does show that learning with something tangible brings everything to life and makes it so memorable - we were still talking about it at bedtime,she barely wanted to go to sleep there was still so much to tell us about the experience.
I do hope you didn't receive much resistance to the £2.50 charge, for us it was worth ten times that - to hear that my child who normally takes 2 hours to build up to stroking a cat has been touching snakes, snails and rats is just fabulous!
