Children's Book author and illustrator, Liz Millions, visited us in September 2018. She was amazing and children were so inspired! Liz led workshops in the school hall and encouraged children to draw alongside her as she created fantastical characters with a sweep of her pen. Everyone felt like and illustrator at the end of the session and children were beaming with pride at their handiwork.
We bought some of lLiz's books for our school library so that children can study her illustrations and we can remember her visit. Thanks to the team at Broughton Hall Children's Literacy Festival for arranging the visit.
