Families of children from YR to Y6 spent a great afternoon on 12 Feb 15 in Sutton Park at our first geocaching event organised by Mrs Whitehead. Geocaching is like a treasure hunt using a hand held Garmin (a bit like a satnav) to locate hidden clues. Participants were really enthusiastic about the event where they also enjoyed ‘Dinosaur Soup’ prepared by Y1 & Y2 in their cookery sessions with Mrs Humphrey. It was great to see some different faces at this event which we plan to repeat in the summer term. Thanks to all who attended or helped out in any way.
