This week, as part of celebrating ‘Science Week’ we have welcomed parents into school to talk to classes of children about ‘How I use science in my job’.
It has been a fascinating week where children have had an insight into a variety of jobs such as geotechnical engineering, social work, heart surgery, caring for animals, aviation, crime investigation and environmental management.
A big thank you to all the parents who volunteered their time to talk to the children and thank you to the children for all your interesting questions!
