Mrs Annabel Payne

Since joining Sutton-in-Craven Community Primary School in December 2013, I have had the privilege of teaching across different year groups, including Year 2 and Year 4. I'm currently back teaching in Year 2, where I continue to nurture young learners during these crucial early years of their education.

As well as my classroom responsibilities, I lead Computing and Design & Technology across the school. In these roles, I work to ensure our pupils develop the digital skills and creative problem-solving abilities they need for the future, whilst making learning engaging and hands-on.

What I love most about working at Sutton CP is being part of such an amazing team. Together, we've watched our school grow and flourish, and I'm proud to contribute to creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. It's incredibly rewarding to see our pupils develop their confidence, curiosity and love of learning year after year.
