We believe Y6 pupils have a special leadership role to play during their final year of primary school. Y6's are an important role model for younger children who will look to them for guidance and support. By becoming a Y6 Young Leader our oldest pupils will be making a positive contribution to the overall life of our school.
Y6 Young Leaders are expected to fulfill the role 3/5 lunchtimes every week from 12.30—1.00.
During the year they can expect to cover most of the Young Leaders’ roles.
For some of the roles Young Leaders will receive special training. All of the roles will provide pupils with great experiences to take with you into Y7 and beyond.
